Day Care Consultant Services offers the best CDA Program. It is extremely affordable and the course information is taught in the most logical manner. They also email you step by step instructions on completing the entire process. I didn’t realize how valuable this was until a friend began asking me what to do (although she had paid $1500 for her CDA class).
I would advise that you start immediately. A lot of centers are requiring a CDA before they will even hire you. They may allow a little leniency if you can show that you are currently enrolled in a program.

I just wanted to let you know that I got my CDA certification in the mail today. It was a long process and at one point I had decided to just scrap it, but then I decided to finish what I started and I am so glad that I did. I emailed you quite a few times and you were always so prompt and helpful.
I of cource have another question for you. Is there any reimbursement for the money I spent getting my CDA? I have been searching the CDA website and can not find anything. I do not know if it is too late. I am currently fundraising for the Susan G. Komen 3Day walk that I am doing in October… and I would love to put that money into my teams account for the fundraiser!!

Hello how are you and your family? I hope all is well and it has been a minute since I wrote. Well a little update I just taken my test today and I feel so good about IT. I would like to thank you so much for your support and for your encouraging words..Mrs. Bonnie I DID IT..am so proud of myself right now. To all of the teachers out there am a 47 year old woman and it took me about 6 months to complete this task. I have been in a car wreck and I have had a major surgery as well as losing a dear friend of mines whom was getting her C. D. A. as well. she passed away before she could complete it and she paid 700.00 dollars for the classes. So I really, really advise you to take these classes.. The price is great and so is Mrs. Bonnie. I love this woman she helped me so much during these hard times and rough moment of my life. God put her in my life to help me because my joy is teaching and caring for kids. I just have to say that this program is the best. I started my classes in February ’09 and was finished by May ’09, even while I was working full time. I took my final for the CDA in September. When the state came out with the $1,200 and the scholarship money to help you pay for your test Bonnie helped me through it all. I was unaware that we had to get a 120 hour certificate from her when we completed our courses; so, I printed out 90 certificates to send to the CDA council. When it came time for my application for the money I asked her for my 120 hour certificate. The date on the 120 hour certificate confused Care Solutions since I was already awarded my CDA, but without Bonnie and her husband’s hard work I do not think I would have been awarded the money. They were able to find out which date I finished my courses in the old system and sent everything I needed to Care Solutions to help me receive my money. I would recommend this program to anyone. Bonnie and her husband are amazing people and if you ever need help on anything they are there for you 100%. Thank you so much for all your help!!!!

Hi Bonnie,I wanted to tell you again Thank you for all your help in obtaining my C.D.A. I was worried in the beginning that I would not be able to complete it in time to qualify for the stimulus money but I am happy to report that I received a letter from Bright from the Start saying I will receive a check in about a month! Once I got stared it was so easy to get through the classes. The portfolio took a little time and research but ultimately it was was not hard to complete and I learned a lot in the process. I have been working in childcare for the past 20 years and have taken countless classes and was surprised at how much I learned through the C.D.A. classes. I feel like I know more than ever about child development and that my job is secure because I have met the credential requirements.

I just wanted to let you know that I finished the 120 hours yesterday morning!! It was so easy to stick to and I really enjoyed the on-line classes. I have been in the child care field for 19 years and have been to a lot of training but I really feel like I learned some very valuable information. Thank you for making this such a great experience. I have begun work on my portfolio and will be sending in my application for the second quarter deadline. I hope to have my evaluation in April. I’ll let you know how things are going and when I get my C.D.A. I have also spread the word about your online courses to other teachers within the center I work at and 3 of them have now enrolled! Also, the scholarship for the assessment fee, I had found that information prior to you sending out the emails. I am applying for it. I am so glad it is available because the payment of the fee was really the hold up for me. One of the teachers in the pre-k program, that meets the council’s requirement has agreed to observe me this week! I am very excited! My professional resource file was complete back in October!
